The CM Granulators advanced knife design is energy-efficient, reducing heat and wear. The rotor is constructed of hardened steel and every exposed area inside the cutting chamber is fitted with a replaceable wear liner. The main bearings are located on the exterior of the machine eliminating any chance of contamination and the knives and screens are easily accessible through hydraulically powered access doors.
Screens come in multiple sizes, making it very versatile. With a simple screen change you can change the size of your product to expand your product offering and markets. CM Granulators produce a quality grind at high-output rate. Fitted with V-Force knife technology this machine can process up to 5 tons per hour. The reinforced steel construction can withstand the most demanding workloads.
