At IFAT Munich, 2026, CM Shredders and Shred-Tech will use Hall B4, Booth 232 to present not just tyre recycling equipment, but a fully integrated global manufacturing and support platform built to serve tyre recycling and industrial shredding customers at scale.
For the combined organisation, the message in Munich is clear: the market is no longer looking only for machines. It is looking for capacity, responsiveness, lifecycle support, and the confidence that comes from working with a supplier that can support their projects in their regions with real operational infrastructure behind it. That is where CM Shredders and Shred-Tech believe they are increasingly differentiated.
With facilities across Sarasota, Florida; Belford, United Kindom; Chonburi, Thailand; and Cambridge, Ontario, the group has established an interconnected operating model that links manufacturing, assembly, engineering, parts, service, customer support, and commercial coverage across key global markets. Official company materials describe the combined platform as a global shredding systems manufacturer with facilities spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, supported by lifecycle service and parts capability, and position it as having the largest global footprint of any specialty industrial shredding equipment manufacturer.
For Cedric Raffi, General Manager, CM & Shred-Tech EMEA, that footprint matters most when it translates into practical support for customers and their operations on the ground.

In addition to their emphasis on presenting the capabilities of the broader Shred-Tech platform, Munich will also serve as a stage for new product introductions.
In particular, CM will be unveiling its largest shredder ever at IFAT 2026, the new CM HT-500, lovingly nicknamed “Maximus.”
Positioned as a purpose-built solution for oversized mining and OTR tyres, the CM HT-500 is designed around one central premise: when tyre size becomes extreme, torque becomes the defining variable. The machine has been developed for the largest tyres on earth, targeting the toughest OTR applications where throughput, durability, and cutter flexibility matter most.
“The CM HT-500 is a statement machine for CM,” said Mario Vazquez, Sales and Marketing Director for CM Shredders. “It is the largest shredder we have ever produced, and it reflects exactly where parts of the tyre recycling market are heading – toward larger feedstock, harder duty cycles, and a greater need for engineered flexibility.
