Aside from providing individual pieces of tire processing machinery, we provide these shredders and granulators as a component of our complete tire shredding systems. Available in various complete tire recycling systems for applications besides basic tire reduction and granulation, our complete tire shredding systems include:
- Primary Shredders: a complete system for processing tires to be used for Tire Derived Fuel (TDF), Aggregate (TDA), and Crumb Rubber Feed Stock.
- Steel Liberation: this system takes rubber shreds/pieces and reduces them into both steel wire and rubber pieces.
- Granulation and Fiber Removal: useful in reducing wire-free rubber into small rubber pieces, as well as separating nylon fiber for removal.
- Milling and Screening: this system grinds crumb rubber into ground rubber powders.
