The Granulator can accept 6-19 mm [1/4″ – 3/4″] minus wire free crumb and process it down to 1-4 mm [10 – 20 mesh] granulate rubber. At this stage, screens are used to size the material and the air system is used to extract the remaining nylon fiber.
